Return Period

Eligibility

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is required.

• Some hygiene or personalized items may not be eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@qwikshoppe.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll confirm the return address (based on supplier location via Spocket).

3. Once approved, ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer without contacting us first.
Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange for a different size or product, let us know in your return email — we’ll arrange it if available.

Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
